At John Partridge, we take pride in the quality of our English heritage garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 28 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels are intact, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Partridge

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
